Evil Josh is a seventeen-year-old with high aspirations of world domination and Billy is his ten-year-old brother who wishes to grow up to be the world's maddest scientist. It's an amusing little flash series, so give it a chance. It really starts to hit it's stride in the second episode, but the third is my favorite.
