Hmmm - I'd nail them all.... But it'd be legal over here - the age of consent is 16, so none of the lasses on that were underage. Plus I'm only 18 anyway. |

I think there is something to do w/ how old the guy is when talking about statutory rape. At least in CT, I think guys can be 18 or younger & have sex w/ a 16 year old & it's OK. However, if a guy is older than 18 has sex w/ a 16 year-old girl, it's still considered statutory rape, even tho the age of consent in CT is 16... Perhaps the gov't doesn't have much faith in the abilities of 16 year-old girls to fend off the advances of guys older than 18. Or maybe the gov't doesn't think guys over 18 should be dating 16 year-olds... |
