    Well, once again I'm being sent overseas. By the time this post hits the front page of drivel I'll already be on my way to the Middle East. I'm not sure how long I'll be gone for, my guess is 6 months or more, and I can't say where I'm going.


    (READ MORE to well.. read more) The good news is Mrs. thebryon, who is also in the military, was sent to the same location about a month ago. So we'll be reunited and we'll have our "second honeymoon", well at least we'll be together.

    I will more than likely have e-mail access out there, so I'll try and stay in touch. I'll send Rampy updates for posting to drivel. Who knows, I may even be able to finagle occasional internet access, but the restrictions were pretty bad last time so I'm not counting on it.

    I'd love to hear from you. If you have any questions or comments just post them to drivel. Rampy will forward them to me and I'll be happy to shoot a reply when time permits. Well, I have to go now, but wish my wife and I luck.

    Needless to say, i'm pretty sad that TheBryon was sent overseas... although happy for him that he'll be stationed with his wife.

    But we're all proud of him and his wife (MrsThebryon) and hope they safe while protecting the U.S. from enemies foreign and domestic.

    TheBryon made a wishlist of things that can be purchased from Amazon.com and shipped automagically to him out there, and I'd hope that those that feel like stepping forward and doing a little something/gesture to make their existence over there a little more tolerable/show their appreciation, can... (details to follow, soon... no really, honest!)

    If there are thebryon haterz out there, I'll include some less nice stuff (read emberrasing/silly) that you could buy off the list to send as a joke or otherwise express yourselves as a non-supporter yet still show him you thougt of 'em and still don't like him... or something (what are the custom charges on size XXXXL panties anyways?)

    PS: My old HS English teacher is in the 346th Military Police unit (she's a Captain I think), which just got reactivated (she spent most of last year down in Guantanimo) again and is getting sent overseas again soon.
